Everyone born in this world has their own strengths and weaknesses. It would be nice for everyone to give the best appreciation for their own potential and not the potential of others. Does not discriminate between his strengths and weaknesses with others, and focus on developing himself in a better direction.
In the smooth development of this potential during lectures, it cannot be separated from time management. In general, we can define time management as planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling the productivity of time. This understanding can also be interpreted simply as a method or way to utilize and manage every part of the time in doing activities that have been planned and must be completed within a predetermined time period. The purpose of time management is to be able to do work effectively and efficiently.
For me, time management can be done by dividing the priority scale of each planned activity or activity. There are three types of priority scale distribution. First, the priority scale is based on how important it is to do it. For example, I divide every planned activity into 3 main focuses, namely a must, a need, and a want. The priority of activities that are mandatory means that it cannot be postponed and abandoned, because it will have a bad impact. In contrast to an activity that becomes a necessity, it is something that should be done so that one's potential can develop to the fullest. Meanwhile, the desired activity will be the last activity to be carried out. This activity is only a decoration for an activity, it will not have a big impact if it is abandoned.
Second, the priority scale is based on the duration of the activity. In this case, sometimes I divide it into medium term and long term. But we can also divide it into by month, week and hour. Even so, I think the division of the priority scale based on this deadline is less effective and I rarely use it. This is because, often an activity overlaps with other activities that are more important and eventually the division leads to a priority scale based on interests.
As for the third, the priority scale can be divided based on future impacts. As humans who have been gifted with the gift of reason, they are able to weigh and even predict the outcome of an endeavor. Someone once said, “Uncertainty is when unknown factors come together, accumulate, and produce an event.” In other words, the person said that when humans are able to see and use various variables that play a role in life, then they are able to predict an outcome even before the process actually occurs. In relation to the priority scale, we can find out various things about an activity, the extent to which something has an impact in the future, not only for ourselves but also for the environment.
My advice, when there is a conflicting schedule of activities, always communicate with the relevant parties so that there are no misunderstandings that have a bad impact.
Thank uuu, see uu!!
