"Burn Out and How to Overcome It"
When we are already busy with activities, such as studying,
working, handling projects, of course we have to carry out and live it as best
we can. Even sometimes, we are required to be able to focus and maximize
on many things at the same time. And consciously or not, it can make us
burn out.
Before continuing, what exactly is burnout? As reported by
Alodokter, Burnout is a term used to describe conditions of severe stress that
are triggered by work. Burnout should not be allowed to drag on and needs to be
treated appropriately as it can affect physical and mental health. Anyone can
experience burnout. However, this condition is more common in people who often
force themselves to continue working, do not get work appreciation from their
superiors, have a heavy workload, or have a monotonous job. Signs of
burnout, for example, Loss of enthusiasm for work and fatigue, Hate the work
they are involved in, Decreased work performance, Easy to get sick, and even
stress so that they withdraw from the social environment.
Here I will describe several ways to overcome burnout from our
activities.

Quality
Sleep
Sleep is an activity that can have an impact on overall physical
and mental health. Yes, sleep affects productivity, emotional stability, brain
health, maintaining heart health, immune function, creativity, vitality, and
maintaining a stable weight.
Well, it takes enough time to get the maximum benefit. This means
lack of sleep or too much can have a bad impact. While you sleep, the brain
works to prepare the body for tomorrow. Therefore, this lack of rest time will
make it difficult for you to work, study, create and communicate with others
the next day.
Therefore, take advantage of your rest time with maximum quality
sleep. That way, you can be more productive throughout the day.

Exercise
There are various benefits of exercise that you
can get, from maintaining organ function to increasing stamina and endurance.
Not only beneficial for physical health, exercise is also good for your mental
health.
Exercise is one of the most practical and simple ways to maintain
a healthy body, but it is still often neglected. In fact, by exercising and
being active on a regular basis, your body can be fitter and your health will
be maintained.

Good
Environment
The environment is also an important aspect. If our working
environment is suitable, we can certainly concentrate more, can avoid stress
and tension, increase passion and work becomes efficient, effective and optimal
results.

Set
the mindset
The
brain is the engine that drives the human body. The brain that gives orders by
sending signals to the cells in the human body so that they can carry out daily
activities, such as studying, working, shopping, sports and others.
Likewise
with the way of thinking that affects how we behave. If we always think about
bad things then the result will also be bad and vice versa, if we always have a
positive mindset and focus on only good things then the results that come out
will also be good.
A
positive mindset is very important in carrying out daily activities because it
can foster self-confidence, improve mood and can even reduce stress.
